Customer services in the field are carried out by our 9 strong sales force who can handle all enquiries, queries or indeed help in terms of field sales workouts or customer training sessions. Alternatively we have a dedicated customer services team based at head office.
Scrap battery collections are extremely important to our customers, ensuring that they are collected within the legal requirements and also ensured that the batteries are fully recycled and therefore looking after our planet. IBL offer a complete collection service.
